The First Annual Round About Artist Studio Tour, held Oct. 19-21st of 2007 was a huge success for the Caddo River Art Guild of Clark County and Hot Spring County, Arkansas. Nearly 600 attendees enjoyed a free self-driving tour through the beautiful rolling hills of the Caddo River Valley to visit 26 local artists' studios.

With such a positive reaction from visitors and the community, we're looking forward to doing it again!

Start your planning now for 2008. You are invited to explore and enjoy an array of original art created by local artists while enjoying the fall colors of October in Southwest Arkansas!

The Round About Artist Studio Tour, sponsored by the Caddo River Art Guild, spotlights a diverse selection of art by regional artists in the Arkadelphia and Bismarck, Arkansas area. This free self-guided driving tour takes you to the private studios of working artists where you can view their original creations and possibly watch a demonstration by the artist!

Each studio will have art for sale so we invite you to keep your holiday gift list in mind. There will be a wide variety of unique gifts affordably priced along with larger pieces for the art collector.

Studios will be open to the public for this free self-guided driving tour from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

This event is an exciting way to enjoy the rolling forested hills of pines and hardwoods of the Caddo River Valley and experience original art by the wonderful artists of this area of Arkansas.
